KAGAMI Ltd, Varna: implementing artificial intelligence where it brings added value. Consultations, The Ladder, products with proof, free academy.
The recipe behind the site
Stack: static HTML, no database and no build
- Static pages on shared hosting — no database and no build process.
- The Academy is a sanitised public copy: the full training remains internal, only the public part goes on the site.
- Two language versions (BG/EN) and a separate view for humans and AI agents on the same page.
- Articles are generated via a Python script; the live mirror is assembled by the server.
Trends: Dark mode by default
Checks: live mirror, assembled by the server · Google Search Console and "Validate fix" · structured data — fixed (Product → Thing in the blog) · 301 redirects for moved articles

The recipe behind the site

- Galin Dimitrov's personal site: books are read online — free excerpt, full book via donation or code.
- Carries the kagami.bg brand (fonts, styles, mark) as a copy, not as a link.

VarnaHub is a live map of organisations, institutions, and networks — made visible so you can discover, connect, and create impact.
The recipe behind the site
Stack: Nuxt (nuxt generate) + Strapi 5 (PostgreSQL + PostGIS)
- The organisations' catalogue lives in Strapi on our machine; the public API provides only approved records without personal fields.
- The site is statically assembled with nuxt generate from the API data, along with sitemap and robots, and is uploaded as a single package.
- English texts are a draft from a local model; an untranslated English profile remains noindex.
- Data is open under CC BY 4.0 with attribution to VarnaHub.
Trends: Dark mode by default
Checks: the mirror is written only after uploading + sample check (main + 40 random pages) · Google Search Console + sitemap · real 404 instead of "soft 404" · dead link watchdog (monthly)

- Four roles — child, parent, organiser, moderator; cards and profiles are published following moderator approval.

- Modules are written by Codex and reviewed by Claude; personal data remains only on the server.

- EU invitations are in English — searching in Bulgarian is processed via a dictionary.
- An automatic daily audit checks public files, references, and builds.
- llms.txt, sitemap and JSON-LD Dataset (CC BY 4.0) are updated automatically.

The recipe behind the site
Stack: PHP (pages are rendered on the server), data in files

- People report ("Share the deal"), a moderator approves; three "Expired" reports hide the offer automatically.

- Hidden data is kept outside the public web folder.
- The legal basis was written specifically for the platform because it involves children's data.
The recipe behind the site

- A Python generator reads the module texts (Markdown) and writes the site; service notes are automatically cleaned from the public view.
- On every page — a level switcher (child · teenager · adult).

- The content is aligned with the UK Financial Capability Framework (AFCF) and gaps have been filled.
