When browsing only

We do not use tracking cookies or external analytics. If you log into a profile, we use one necessary login cookie. For advertisements and affiliate links, we only count the total number of impressions and clicks, without knowing who made them. Fonts are hosted on our server. The hosting provider may place a technical cookie for bot protection.

When you add a library

• We publish: the library name, the author (as you wrote it), the URLs, the licence, and the description.
• We do not publish: your email. We only use it to write to you regarding the review and the library.
• Spam protection: we do not store your IP address. For the daily limit, we only store an irreversible hash, which is deleted the following day.

When you create a profile

• We store: the name you provided, the email, the password only as an irreversible hash (Argon2id), the creation date and the last login date, and your libraries.
• Cookie: only "bm_s", necessary for login; expires when you close the browser.
• Emails: we only send service emails (confirmation, new password, library review).
• Deletion: via "Profile → Delete profile", you delete your profile and your libraries yourself, immediately.

Legal basis and duration

Data is processed to review and display the library you have sent us. We keep it as long as the library is in the catalogue. Upon refusal or removal, we delete the email within 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data and object to the processing: write to office@kagami.bg. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
