Live

Our live sites

Not concepts, but working sites from the team behind Better Mechanics, made with the same recipes and checks.

KAGAMI

KAGAMI Ltd, Varna: implementing artificial intelligence where it brings added value. Consultations, The Ladder, products with proof, free academy.

The recipe behind the site

Stack: static HTML, no database and no build

  • Static pages on shared hosting — no database and no build process.
  • The Academy is a sanitised public copy: the full training remains internal, only the public part goes on the site.
  • Two language versions (BG/EN) and a separate view for humans and AI agents on the same page.
  • Articles are generated via a Python script; the live mirror is assembled by the server.

Trends: Dark mode by default

Checks: live mirror, assembled by the server · Google Search Console and "Validate fix" · structured data — fixed (Product → Thing in the blog) · 301 redirects for moved articles

Galin Dimitrov · personal site

Galin Dimitrov — Ecosystem Architect, Varna. Founder of KAGAMI Ltd and manager of East Accelerator Foundation. Allowing people to grow with dignity, confidence, and freedom.

The recipe behind the site

Stack: static HTML

  • Galin Dimitrov's personal site: books are read online — free excerpt, full book via donation or code.
  • Carries the kagami.bg brand (fonts, styles, mark) as a copy, not as a link.
  • Book SEO via script: custom title, description, canonical, and schema.org Book/Chapter on every page.
  • Internal notes are cleaned from the public text via script before uploading.

Trends: Dark mode by default

Checks: mirror = live, byte by byte (97/97) · GALATA audit: T 100 · L 100 · A 100 · AI Voice 61 · structured data Book/Chapter + Person (sameAs) · one H1 per page

VarnaHub

VarnaHub is a live map of organisations, institutions, and networks — made visible so you can discover, connect, and create impact.

The recipe behind the site

Stack: Nuxt (nuxt generate) + Strapi 5 (PostgreSQL + PostGIS)

  • The organisations' catalogue lives in Strapi on our machine; the public API provides only approved records without personal fields.
  • The site is statically assembled with nuxt generate from the API data, along with sitemap and robots, and is uploaded as a single package.
  • English texts are a draft from a local model; an untranslated English profile remains noindex.
  • Data is open under CC BY 4.0 with attribution to VarnaHub.

Trends: Dark mode by default

Checks: the mirror is written only after uploading + sample check (main + 40 random pages) · Google Search Console + sitemap · real 404 instead of "soft 404" · dead link watchdog (monthly)

  • Collects events and training for children and young people from organisers in the city and displays them in one place.
  • Four roles — child, parent, organiser, moderator; cards and profiles are published following moderator approval.
  • Structured event data is written only by the source — price, performer, or end date are never fabricated.
  • Modules are written by Codex and reviewed by Claude; personal data remains only on the server.

All open funding programmes — EU and Bulgaria — in one place, automatically updated every day. Search by profile: NGO, SME, large enterprises, public…

The recipe behind the site

Stack: static HTML/JS + Python API (Python App on hosting)

  • Financial radar: invitations come from the EC portal (SEDIA) and ISUN; expired and invalid ones are filtered in one place according to the rules.
  • EU invitations are in English — searching in Bulgarian is processed via a dictionary.
  • An automatic daily audit checks public files, references, and builds.
  • llms.txt, sitemap and JSON-LD Dataset (CC BY 4.0) are updated automatically.

Trends: Dark mode by default

Checks: Google Search Console + sitemap · structured data Dataset — fixed (licence) · security headers (HSTS, CSP) — checked live · daily data audit · mirror — partial (quality files byte by byte)

Avanti

Discounts, promotions, codes and 2-for-1 in Varna — 27 avantis directly from businesses, no intermediaries. Updated 19 October.

The recipe behind the site

Stack: PHP (pages are rendered on the server), data in files

  • Only direct offers from the businesses themselves — no intermediaries, aggregators, or coupons.
  • People report ("Share the deal"), a moderator approves; three "Expired" reports hide the offer automatically.
  • No fabricated offers or deadlines; food establishments are approved in person.
  • Separate pages for terms, privacy and accessibility; CSP only allows the embedded script with a hash.

Checks: audit + live fixes · Google Search Console + sitemap · structured data (schema)

Stack: static HTML + MapLibre GL + PMTiles

  • City map by 200 m cells on a custom base layer (instead of an external map service).

BoostWorkers

BoostWorkers, a brand of KAGAMI Ltd from Varna: vision and brandbook, analysis, marketing, storytelling, web design, social channels and GALATA — an audit that helps people and AI find you.

The recipe behind the site

Stack: static HTML from a Python generator (subdomains remain WordPress Multisite)

  • The main site is static, generated with Python, in the old style — same layout, fonts and illustrations.
  • Old WordPress addresses redirect with 301 to the new ones; spam addresses in the blog return 410.
  • The "Process" page shows what the client receives at each step, with photos from a demo project; sitemap and llms.txt are written alongside the pages.
